Technical Writer

LaSalle Network is hiring a Technical Writer to support our supply chain operations by creating and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning complex processes into clear, practical documentation that keeps teams aligned and running smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with supply chain groups, capturing detailed workflows and turning them into well-structured resources. This position is critical for ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance across departments.

Technical Writer Responsibilities:

• Partner with supply chain leaders and subject matter experts to gather process information

• Develop, write and maintain SOPs and process documentation that meet compliance and operational standards

• Translate technical and operational details into clear, accessible language for a variety of audiences

• Ensure documentation is consistent, version-controlled and easily accessible to team members

• Review and update SOPs regularly to reflect process improvements and regulatory changes

• Maintain templates, formatting standards and best practices for process documentation

Technical Writer Requirements:

• Previous experience writing SOPs, technical documents or training materials

• Strong writing, editing and organizational skills with an eye for detail

• Familiarity with supply chain processes or manufacturing operations preferred

• Ability to work cross-functionally, interview stakeholders and simplify technical content

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint or other documentation tools

• Strong time management skills and ability to balance multiple projects at once
