Senior SAP Security Analyst Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP security strategy, design, and implementation across systems including ECC, S4, GRC, Access Control, and Fiori
- Ensure user access is compliant, secure, and aligned with business roles
- Drive automation through Active Directory Group Administration and onboarding/offboarding workflows
- Develop SAP job role matrices and enforce segregation of duties
- Collaborate with IT, audit, and compliance teams to align with regulatory requirements
- Mentor and guide security team members to ensure cross-functional knowledge and support
- Manage escalations, conduct audits, and ensure GRC and ETD controls are optimized
- Stay current with industry trends and enhance security architecture accordingly
Senior SAP Security Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 5 years of SAP Security experience with a deep understanding of SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP HCM, GRC, Fiori, and cloud applications are required.
- 7 years in IT or Security are required.
- Experience in high-volume, complex environments—manufacturing or CPG preferred
- Hands-on expertise with user lifecycle management, RBAC, SOD, audit testing, and SAP GRC tools
- Must be a great/clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Industry-recognized SAP Security certification preferred
