You'll serve as a key liaison between IT and finance stakeholders, driving design, configuration, and delivery of SAP solutions that support international operations and continuous improvement. This role blends architecture, development, business analysis, and leadership in a high-impact, agile environment.
Sr. SAP Applications Analyst Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP Financials technical design, configuration, development, and deployment initiatives
- Collaborate with business leaders to align ERP solutions with strategic objectives
- Design and develop RICEW components and ABAP-based solutions
- Support testing, training, documentation, and SAP deployments across global teams
- Engage in POCs, solution evaluation, and vendor selection efforts
- Architect and document complex end-to-end processes and technical specifications
- Participate in and occasionally lead system prototyping and design sessions
- Analyze system performance and propose enhancements to infrastructure, processes, and security
- Provide 24×7 on-call support in rotation and ensure system reliability
Sr. SAP Applications Analyst Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience developing RICEW components and ABAP programming
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP FI/CO modules and their integration with SD/MM
- Deep understanding of SAP ECC financial tables, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, etc.
- Experience with Idocs, Smartforms/Sapscripts, WinShuttle, BADI, and web services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ITSM systems
- Bonus: SAP S/4HANA exposure, Agile methodology, and global SAP deployment experience
