This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, driven accounting professional with 7+ years of experience in GAAP accounting, month-end close, and technical accounting. Sr. Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute full month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations and financial statements
- Research and implement new accounting standards in compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Develop internal controls and process improvements
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits
- Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional reporting needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting matters
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead projects independently
