This job requires a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week onsite in Elk Grove, IL
Our client is a leader in rare disease and gene therapy pharmacy solutions. We’re seeking a Software Developer to join our team and contribute to critical software initiatives that support patients, providers, and biopharma partners nationwide.
Software Developer Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support applications using C#, ASP.Net MVC, Java, and SQL Server
- Build responsive web interfaces with React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
- Create and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for performance
- Participate in the full SDLC including analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment
- Troubleshoot across UI, application, and database layers
- Collaborate with end-users and team members to deliver reliable, secure solutions
- Follow Agile methodology, code reviews, and best practices
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-4 years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net MVC, Java, Entity Framework, JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, and Git/TFS
- Strong debugging, optimization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with Azure or cloud platforms
- Background in healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical industries
- Experience with call center technologies (Five9 a plus)

Compensation: $110K annual base salary
