LaSalle Network is on the hunt for a Service Desk Technician for a logistics client in Itasca and Palatine, IL. If you’ve got a passion for problem-solving, thrive in fast-moving environments and want to sharpen your IT skills, this role is for you. You’ll configure devices, prep systems for shipment and keep tech running smoothly for a wide range of customers.
Service Desk Technician Responsibilities:

Configure Windows 10/11 systems and prepare them for end users

Set up, image and ship out devices
-
Install and troubleshoot peripherals (Konica, Zebra, etc.)

Work with Dell computers and related hardware
-
Support the IT team with day-to-day requests and projects
Service Desk Technician Requirements:

Basic Windows OS knowledge; imaging experience is a plus

Growth mindset with willingness to learn new tools and systems
-
Experience with CargoWise, AS400, O365 or Zoom is a strong advantage

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively
