LaSalle Network is partnering with a hyper-growth SaaS startup to hire a Senior Sales Recruiter for a permanent role that’s all about building world-class GTM teams from the ground up. If you've scaled software sales orgs inside early-stage startups—and thrive in environments where priorities shift fast and expectations run high—this is your kind of challenge.
In this role, you won’t just fill reqs. You’ll be an advisor to execs, a coach to candidates, and a strategist for every sales hire—from AEs to post-sales. We need someone who’s lived the chaos and complexity of startup recruiting, especially when the sales cycle runs long and the stakes run high.
Senior Sales Recruiter Responsibilities:

Own full-cycle recruitment for 8–10 open GTM roles at any given time

Source and close top-tier SaaS talent with experience in six- to nine-month sales cycles

Build trust with executive stakeholders and drive fast, high-impact hiring decisions

Shape scalable recruiting practices while executing urgently

Leverage market data and outbound tactics to attract high-performing candidates

Manage pipeline strategy and coordinate interview logistics with an offshore support team
Senior Sales Recruiter Requirements:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth SaaS or startup environments

Proven success hiring AEs, SEs, and sales leaders in enterprise software

Able to navigate ambiguity—no need for a roadmap to get results

Excellent communicator and confident partnering with VP/C-suite leaders

Skilled in outbound sourcing and storytelling around startup value props

Greenhouse experience preferred
