LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing distribution company seeking a Senior Manager, Talent AcquisitionThis corporation brings over 60 years of industry expertise and are expanding their footprint globally. 

The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the recruiting function. This role will refine the current talent acquisition strategy, build scalable processes, and partner closely with business leaders to deliver top-tier talent across both field/distribution and corporate functions. This is an opportunity to lead at a pivotal moment in the company’s growth and transformation.


Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

  • Develop, refine, and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy to support current hiring needs and future growth plans.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and TA professionals, fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture.

  • Partner with senior leadership and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and translate them into proactive recruitment strategies.

  • Design and optimize TA processes, tools, and metrics to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a best-in-class candidate experience.

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for leadership, professional, technical, and field-based roles across distribution, manufacturing, and corporate functions.

  • Build and sustain talent pipelines, including partnerships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and industry networks.

  • Leverage data and analytics to measure recruiting effectiveness, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, strengthening PetroChoice’s employer brand and value proposition in the marketplace.


Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred).

  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership of recruiting teams.

  • Proven experience supporting both distribution/manufacturing operations and corporate functional roles(sales, finance, IT, HR, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, tools, technologies, and employment law.

  • Demonstrated success building or transforming TA strategies and processes in a growing organization.

  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage competing priorities.

    Compensation Range $140,000-$160,000 based on qualifications 
    This is a direct hire opportunity that offers medical, dental, and vision insurance.

This position is located in King of Prussia, PA and offers a flexible hybrid working model.
