Senior Cost Accountant Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze production costs across materials, labor and overhead
- Update and maintain standard costs, BOMs and routings
- Reconcile inventory monthly and investigate discrepancies
- Generate and review COGS and gross margin reporting
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations on planning and forecasting
- Support close cycles and audit requirements with accurate reporting
- Recommend process improvements to streamline cost analysis
Senior Cost Accountant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ cost accounting experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting best practices
- Proficiency in Excel; ERP system experience highly preferred
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills and team-first attitude

The salary range for this role is $90,000-105,000 A comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
