This role plays a vital part in managing full-cycle billing and title processing for all new and used truck sales across multiple dealership locations.
Senior Billing Specialist Key Responsibilities:

Invoice New and Used Truck sales across all dealership locations

Generate and review billing documents, ensuring accuracy in pricing, taxes, and customer information

Resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices by collaborating with internal departments (sales, finance, etc.)

Process title, plate, permit, power of attorney, and warranty paperwork for all New/Used truck transactions
-
Manage and submit state tax and exemption forms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Complete Assignment of Proceeds paperwork when applicable

Maintain organized vehicle sale records and ensure complete, audit-ready deal jackets

Support month-end billing close and reporting processes
Senior Billing Specialist Qualifications:

3+ years of billing experience, ideally within a dealership, transportation, or automotive environment

Familiarity with sales documentation, tax forms, and vehicle titling procedures

Proficient with ERP systems

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle time-sensitive tasks

Clear communication skills and comfort working across multiple departments
