With over 150 locations worldwide and billion-dollar loads moving through their operation, this is not your average dispatch seat. This role requires prior experience in a transportation or freight brokerage—no exceptions. Second Shift Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

Track and update high-value shipments with hourly accuracy in shared spreadsheets

Maintain constant phone and checklist-based communication with drivers

Manage multiple Outlook inboxes, fielding carrier and customer communication in real time

Navigate big-name accounts with professionalism and urgency

Leverage TMS and Excel to keep operations running tight
Second Shift Logistics Coordinator Requirements:

Must have prior experience working in a transportation or freight brokerage environment

Skilled in Outlook, especially managing multiple inboxes simultaneously

Excel proficiency and familiarity with TMS platforms

Detail-obsessed and unshakably organized during busy second-shift hours
