LaSalle Network is hiring a Solution Architect to join the mission-driven team at our client, a Salesforce consulting firm that empowers nonprofits and human services organizations with purpose-built technology. In this role, you’ll lead Salesforce solution design from discovery to delivery. You’ll be the technical backbone of client projects—collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring teammates, and architecting smart, scalable solutions that drive real change. Solution Architect Responsibilities:
- Lead client discovery sessions and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Design tailored Salesforce solutions for small to mid-sized projects
- Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle—from estimation and sprint planning to testing and deployment
- Evaluate and recommend third-party apps as needed
- Oversee data migration efforts and support integration development
- Offer guidance and mentorship across cross-functional teams
Solution Architect Requirements:
- 4+ years in Salesforce development or configuration roles
- Experience with Nonprofit Cloud or Salesforce OmniStudio
- Strong grasp of Salesforce data architecture, declarative tools, and security models
- Demonstrated experience designing solutions and data models on Salesforce
- Salesforce Admin and/or App Builder certification preferred
- Bonus points for Architect- or Consultant-level certifications, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud expertise
