Known for our reliable inventory, customer-first mindset, and strong internal culture, we continue to grow — and we’re looking for an ambitious and personable Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Illinois or Wisconsin.


What You’ll Do:

  • Build and manage a book of business across an assigned territory

  • Develop strong, consultative relationships with customers in the automotive and industrial sectors

  • Identify new sales opportunities and grow existing accounts

  • Deliver solutions that align with customer needs and drive value

  • Coordinate closely with inside sales and support teams to ensure top-tier service

  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events

  • Stay informed on product offerings and market trends


What We’re Looking For:

  • This role is open to both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals

  • Former student-athletes who thrive in competitive, goal-oriented environments are encouraged to apply

  • Ideal for current or former Parts Managers or Maintenance Managers looking to transition into outside sales

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (car allowance and mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Must reside in the following or surrounding areas: Gurnee, IL • Kenosha, WI • Milwaukee, WI • Madison, WI
