In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for incoming calls regarding healthcare benefits, life insurance, disability plans, and other HR-related services. You’ll educate callers on benefits and processes, process enrollments, resolve issues, research requests, and assist with projects as needed.
Requirements:

HS diploma or GED

2+ years customer service experience

Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
