Regional Account Manager-Northeast
LaSalle Network is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Northeast Region (CT, DE, KY, MA, MD, ME, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT, WV). Regional Account Manager Responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing distributor and channel partner accounts

Develop new business by prospecting engineers, designers, OEMs, and fabricators

Deliver presentations and training sessions to distributor sales teams

Participate in trade shows, exhibits, and industry events to expand brand presence

Partner with leadership to establish sales objectives and penetration strategies

Provide market research and competitor insights to adjust territory strategies

Ensure customer satisfaction by serving as a trusted advisor and problem solver
Regional Account Manager Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
-
3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience

Background in industrial, OEM, or distribution sales strongly preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the assigned region
Targeted compensation for the position includes a large benefits package inclusive of 401k, medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more. Base Salary- $70-80,000k + Commission
