Their state-of-the-art facility in Big Bend, WI, is looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily operations with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. This role will oversee both production and warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations, high product standards, and a supportive environment where people can thrive.
Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations for production and warehouse, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Develop schedules, workflows, and performance targets to keep production on track and cost-effective.

Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
- Coach, mentor, and support staff with clear communication, performance feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Drive process improvements, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.

Proven leadership experience as a Production Manager within food manufacturing or pharmaceuticals (or similar) is required.

Strong people skills—able to motivate, mentor, and resolve conflicts effectively.

Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems.

Skilled problem-solver with ERP software experience (Odoo or similar a plus).

Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
Compensation: Between $90,000 – $100,000 Depending on experience + 10% bonus.
