Product Manager Responsibilities
• Own and manage software products across the full product lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Technology teams
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning short-term priorities with long-term business goals
• Collaborate with SDLC teams to define requirements, groom backlogs, plan sprints, and support deployment readiness
• Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI to measure success and prioritize initiatives
• Conduct market research and assess emerging technologies to drive innovation
• Oversee vendor contracts, invoicing, and service evaluations
Product Manager Requirements
• 3 Years of full product lifecycle experience from healthcare required.
• Proven track record defining, launching, and managing software products
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Healthcare industry knowledge and regulatory familiarity strongly preferred
• Product Management certification (Pragmatic, AIPMM, PMI, etc.) a plus
