You’ll be the friendly face patients meet when they arrive, helping them feel supported and cared for from the moment they walk in.
What’s the job?

Welcome and register patients in a busy emergency room setting

Collect and verify insurance, demographics, and billing info
-
Manage copays, deductibles, and receipts with accuracy
-
Partner with clinical staff to keep patient flow running smoothly

Provide compassionate, clear communication to patients and families
What’s needed?

Previous experience in patient registration or customer service preferred
-
MedHealth and Cerner system knowledge a plus
-
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to handle high volumes with empathy and professionalism
-
Flexibility to work Evening (4 PM–2:30 AM) or Night (7 PM–7 AM) shifts
