LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing B2C financial services company based in downtown Chicago, known for its customer-first approach and innovative solutions. As they continue to scale, they’re looking to add a Partnership Marketing Analyst to their dynamic marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive growth through strategic partnerships while working at the intersection of data and relationship management.
The Partnership Marketing Analyst will be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of marketing partners. In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships while analyzing partner performance, identifying opportunities, and driving results. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite each week in downtown Chicago.
Partnership Marketing Analyst Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned marketing partners, ensuring successful onboarding, execution, and performance

Analyze partner campaign results, monitor KPIs, and identify trends or opportunities for optimization

Provide regular performance reports and insights to both internal stakeholders and external partners

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, product, and legal to support partnership execution

Help shape partnership strategies and test new opportunities for acquisition and engagement

Track and manage contracts, budgets, and campaign timelines
Partnership Marketing Analyst Required Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, partnerships, account management, or a related role

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Must be based in or willing to commute to downtown Chicago 3 days per week
Partnership Marketing Analyst Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries

Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and attribution models

Prior experience working with affiliate, referral, or co-branded partnership programs
