We are partnering with a digital agency in need of a Paid Search Manager to oversee strategy and execution across major search platforms. This role combines hands-on campaign management with client communication, performance analysis, and team leadership. You’ll drive results through optimization, testing, and collaboration across channels.
This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule in Chicago.
Paid Search Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead Paid Search campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and related products
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, pacing, and optimizations
- Serve as the client-facing lead, sharing insights and recommendations
- Oversee campaign setup, KPI tracking, and reporting
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- Mentor junior team members and support their growth
Paid Search Manager Requirements:
- 3–5 years of Paid Search experience
- Expertise with Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.); Microsoft Ads a plus
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Client-facing communication and relationship management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
