Order Processing Specialist Responsibilities:

Process incoming orders, validate details, and coordinate shipments

Communicate with sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams to keep orders on track

Manage inventory visibility and preempt delays

Maintain flawless order and shipping records in ERP software

Serve as a reliable, solutions-driven point of contact for customers

Provide insights and support on operational improvement projects
Order Processing Specialist Requirements:

At least 1 year in order processing, sales support, or related role (CPG experience preferred)

Microsoft Office expertise; ERP systems experience ideal

Eye for detail with the agility to manage competing deadlines

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Adaptable team player with a proactive mindset
