LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading global logistics provider to identify an Operations Agent to join their Wood Dale, IL team. This organization delivers end-to-end supply chain solutions for industries including aerospace, healthcare, automotive, and more. They’re seeking detail-oriented professionals to support data accuracy and operational efficiency. This is a 100% onsite role with two schedule options: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, between 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
Operations Agent Responsibilities:

Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases

Verify data accuracy by reviewing source documents and resolving discrepancies

Organize and manage both digital and physical records while ensuring confidentiality and accessibility
Operations Agent Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of office experience and data entry experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written communication skills
-
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint)
