We’re looking for a hands-on systems leader who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and manage industrial technology platforms in a fast-paced production environment. You’ll work closely with site leaders, operations teams, and integrators to maintain standards, resolve system issues, and support critical technology infrastructure across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage manufacturing and industrial IT systems across plant operations, feed mills, and hatcheries
- Serve as the go-to technical resource for onsite system issues, ensuring minimal downtime
- Lead and support system upgrades, integrations, and functional improvements
- Assist in business process reviews (BPRs) and ensure manufacturing standards are met
- Oversee budgets, system scopes, technical documentation, and vendor/integrator schedules
- Provide technical support during operational meetings and weekend shifts as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure systems meet production and quality requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in IT systems within a manufacturing environment (required)
- Hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in live production settings
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Power BI (required)
- Experience with Windows environments and Microsoft product suite (preferred)
- Exposure to PLCs and microprocessor-based equipment (preferred)
- Background in chicken processing or agricultural manufacturing (preferred but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Management (preferred but not required if experience aligns)
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and extended hours during peak times
