Junior Services Representative Responsibilities:

Process participant paperwork related to death benefits and pension-related requests

Deliver strong customer service, including phone-based support

Enter data accurately while navigating internal systems

Perform basic calculations and ensure all documentation is handled properly
Junior Services Representative Requirements:

Excellent written communication and basic math skills

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Experience in administrative support or customer service

Patient, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured processes

Comfortable working 100% onsite in a process-heavy environment
