Job Title: IT Specialist
Location: On-site, Chicago, IL
Schedule: Full-time, typically 7:30am–3:30pm, flexible depending on candidate

Key Responsibilities:

Provide desktop, Chromebook, and end-user support for staff and students.

Manage network infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, access points, cameras, and monitoring devices.

Administer Google Workspace and maintain account security.

Oversee device distribution, inventory, and purchasing programs.

Develop documentation and provide training to staff and students.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve security, network performance, and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:

Experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, and network management.

Familiarity with device imaging, distribution, and tracking (Chromebooks, laptops, etc.).

Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working with teachers, students, and staff.
