LaSalle Network is hiring an Interim FP&A Manager for a 4-month contract with a global manufacturing powerhouse headquartered in downtown Chicago. You’ll join their collaborative finance team, spend two days a week onsite with leadership, and use your expertise to shape decisions that matter.
This client is looking to onboard interim support ASAP for cross training coverage. Pay rate commensurate with experience is up to $80/hr.
If you’re fluent in Oracle SmartView or JD Edwards, thrive in data-heavy environments, and can bring clarity to complex numbers, this is your stage.
Interim FP&A Manager Responsibilities:

Deliver accurate monthly financial reports and variance analyses

Lead forecast and budget preparation cycles

Transform raw data into actionable business insights

Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership to align financial goals

Streamline reporting using Oracle SmartView and/or JD Edwards

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Interim FP&A Manager Requirements:

Bachelor’s in finance or accounting; MBA a plus

5+ years FP&A experience, ideally in manufacturing

Oracle SmartView and/or JD Edwards expertise required

Strong Excel and analytical skills

Exceptional communication and business partnering skills
-
Ability to be onsite in Chicago 2x/week
