HRIS Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to streamline, automate, and optimize workflows
- Develop and execute the HRIS project roadmap, setting priorities, deadlines, and resource plans
- Oversee HRIS integrations for newly acquired entities, including payroll, benefits, and timekeeping
- Support system enhancements and compliance with data security/privacy standards
- Collaborate with the HRIS Analyst to build processes, ensure data accuracy, and maintain controls
- Manage HR system integrations with enterprise platforms for smooth data flow
- Provide hands-on support in configuration, workflow creation, and system troubleshooting
- Leverage data to identify trends and deliver strategic recommendations
HRIS Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with Ceridian Dayforce or similar HRIS
- Proven track record in project management and HR technology implementation
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with Excel proficiency
- Skilled communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration
- Adaptable leader who excels in fast-paced, changing environments
- Detail-oriented, process-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $120,000 – 150,000 per year.
