Executive Assistant
Location: Portage, MI
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $52,500 base salary + bonus
Benefits: Health insurance, dental, 401(k), PTO

About the Company:

A well-established and rapidly growing provider of Point-of-Sale solutions for the grocery and restaurant industries is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support their General Manager. This company is known for delivering innovative technology solutions that help businesses run more efficiently. This is a newly created role designed to enhance operational effectiveness and offer direct executive-level support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

  • Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal departments

  • Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases

  • Organize, prepare, and maintain key files and documentation

  • Support initiatives related to AI and remote access solutions

  • Assist with special projects and light sales-related coordination

Preferred Background:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar professional support role

  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written

  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive (Type A personality)

  • Eagerness to grow into project management or sales functions over time

  • Familiarity with grocery or restaurant industry operations is a plus

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with CRM platforms

  • Photoshop and Canva knowledge is a plus
