This role plays a pivotal part in delivering a superior borrowing experience, balancing precision, empathy, and efficiency. Email Agent Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels, including email, phone, and voicemail
- Review customer documents and applications with precision and efficiency
- Process payments and assist in resolving account issues
- Handle a variety of inbound and outbound communication in a timely and professional manner
- Manage delinquent accounts with tact and compliance
- Master the CRM platform to accurately document customer interactions
- Follow all regulatory and company compliance requirements
Email Agent Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a call center or contact center environment
- Typing speed of 35+ wpm while multitasking
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email platforms, and phone systems
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport quickly
- Must obtain and maintain state-specific debt collector licensing within 5 days of hire
