CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
LaSalle Network is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Evanston, IL. This role is essential to ensuring seamless customer experiences, overseeing the full order management process from entry through delivery. You’ll collaborate with sales, supply chain, production, and leadership teams to drive accurate fulfillment and maintain proactive communication with customers.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Manage and process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail

Serve as the primary contact for customer accounts, providing updates and addressing inquiries

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure inventory, production schedules, and delivery timelines are aligned

Resolve order challenges such as shortages or delays with proactive solutions

Support freight and logistics coordination, including carrier rates and route management
Customer Service Representative Requirements:

1–3 years of customer service or order management experience (manufacturing/supply chain a plus)

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP system experience a plus

Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
