Ready to launch your logistics career? We’re looking for an organized and driven Equipment Coordinator to join a fast-paced shipping and transportation team in Lombard, IL. You’ll play a key role in tracking, managing, and coordinating container operations. With a mix of remote and in-office days, this role gives you the flexibility and structure you need to succeed.
Equipment Coordinator Responsibilities:

Collaborate with vendors and internal systems to ensure equipment data accuracy

Manage container returns, misuse issues, and street turn logistics

Assist with MNR processes and the sale of damaged containers
-
Monitor and report on lost or stolen equipment
Equipment Coordinator Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
6+ months of experience working with an ocean carrier
-
Excel know-how and strong attention to detail
-
A collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude
This is a temporary position with permanent potential, paying $22/hr. You’ll work 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
