The company is engaged in a large hiring initiative and needs a proactive coordinator to support high-volume recruitment for hourly production roles.
Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage HR office tasks including candidate greetings, interview scheduling, and supporting hiring managers
- Facilitate communication and recruitment outreach for production hires with professionalism and independence
- Collaborate closely with superintendents, area managers, and HR leadership
- Use Workday, Outlook, Excel, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter for candidate sourcing and tracking
- Provide proactive problem-solving and clear communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial recruiting preferred
- Strong administrative, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficient with Workday, Microsoft Office, and recruiting platforms
- Must be able to work onsite in Pueblo; candidates living in Colorado Springs with a willingness to commute encouraged to apply
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Compensation range-$30 to $40/hour-dependent on experience
