Contract Recruiter

LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly growing logistics company in the western suburbs of Chicago to identify a Contract Recruiter who will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and develop a strategic hiring plan to support continued expansion.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this individual will play a key role in fueling the company’s growth by attracting top talent, enhancing recruiting processes, and building strong partnerships across the business.

The ideal candidate has experience managing high-volume, multi-site recruiting within logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain industries and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Contract Recruiter Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume roles, while building and maintaining a qualified talent pipeline

• Create and implement effective recruiting processes, including sourcing strategies, ATS optimization, and talent evaluation tools

• Partner with and manage external vendors and educational institutions, as well as oversee the recruiting department budget

• Analyze and report on key metrics related to hiring trends, retention, and workforce planning

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruiting goals and timelines

Contract Recruiter Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume roles in logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse environments

• Experience supporting multiple locations/sites

• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
