Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manager 12–15 requisitions while keeping the candidate experience top of mind
- Conduct phone screens, lead interviews, and manage offers start to finish
- Partner with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with business goals
- Support compliance and ensure best hiring practices are in place
- 4+ years of recruiting experience across multiple functions
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Industry knowledge in construction or manufacturing is required
- High energy, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-moving environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive mindset
