This is a fully remote role, ideally looking for candidates in (CST or EST) and will last 3-6 months.
Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer for sales, customer success, and select technical roles
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand needs and tailor hiring strategies
- Collaborate with a lean, agile recruiting team to prioritize openings across the U.S., Europe, and AMEA
- Use Greenhouse ATS, SparkHire for video interviewing, and LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates
- 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or SaaS industries
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across different time zones
- Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse is a plus)
