LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing title insurance organization to find a Closing Assistant to support real estate transactions. Based in Arlington Heights, Skokie or Westchester, you’ll be the connection point between clients, lenders, attorneys and the internal team.
Closing Assistant Responsibilities:

Schedule signing appointments for closings and pre-signings
-
Organize and attach lender packages to files
-
Process attorney figures and documentation accurately
-
Handle department calls and emails with professionalism
-
Route lender and attorney requests to the right departments
-
Support communication between closers, lenders, members and staff
-
Assist with other tasks as needed
Closing Assistant Requirements:
-
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
-
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
-
Professional phone and email etiquette
-
Prior administrative, real estate or legal experience preferred
