We’re looking for someone who can jump in headfirst to generate new business for our technology practice through cold outreach, networking, and local market insight. You’ll have the autonomy of a lean team, the mentorship of industry leaders, and the firepower of an established company behind you.
Business Development Manager / Account Executive Responsibilities:

Drive new business through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking events

Identify and connect with decision-makers across target accounts in the Nashville market and beyond

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients

Expand existing accounts, becoming a strategic partner to your clients as you help them overcome their top hiring challenges

Represent LaSalle Network at local events and meetups to grow our visibility and relationships

Collaborate with marketing on campaign content and messaging

Lead client meetings with clarity and confidence

Keep our CRM clean and current to ensure visibility and accountability

Hit and exceed KPIs around outreach, meetings booked, and deals closed

Report local trends and feedback to leadership to help shape our regional strategy
Business Development Manager / Account Executive Requirements:

3+ years of outbound-focused business development/sales experience
-
Experience in staffing, tech or SaaS sales

Proven success in cold outreach, lead generation, and pipeline management

Strong communication skills; you’re sharp, persuasive, and personable

Highly motivated, goal-driven, and excited by the idea of building something local from the ground up

CRM experience (Salesforce, Bullhorn, HubSpot, or similar)

Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting where your voice makes a difference

Strong knowledge of the Nashville business community or regional network

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field highly preferred

Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote)
Compensation and Benefits:
-
This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Base salary range is $60-75K, commensurate with experience, and first-year OTE is up to $120,000+.
