Hi,
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations for a well-established home care agency in the Chicago area. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing team performance, client relations, compliance, and branch growth initiatives.
What You Will Do:

Lead and mentor staff, manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal home care regulations

Maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and healthcare partners

Oversee branch operations including budgeting, reporting, and performance metrics

Drive community outreach and marketing efforts to expand client base
What We Are Looking For:

Minimum of 5 years in home care, caregiving, or healthcare services

2 to 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
-
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Details:
Location: Chicago, IL (in-office)
Pay: $25 per hour plus benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k match)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
