LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing personal loan company dedicated to providing accessible, responsible lending solutions to their customers. Due to growth, they are seeking a Collections Manager who shares that commitment and can bring leadership expertise to a team of growing collectors.
The Collections Manager will lead the collections team and help improve recovery rates while maintaining a customer-first approach. The ideal candidate is a player/coach — someone who can lead by example, manage performance metrics, and jump on calls when needed to support the team.
This is an on-site position based in Summit, IL, offering the opportunity to work closely with leadership and make a direct impact on our company’s growth.
Collection Manager Responsibilites:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of collections representatives to achieve performance and compliance goals.

Take calls directly when needed to model best practices and assist during peak periods.

Monitor key metrics such as delinquency rates, recovery performance, and customer satisfaction.

Partner with compliance and operations teams to ensure all collections activities align with federal and state regulations.

Identify process improvements and implement strategies that increase efficiency and recovery rates.

Maintain a positive, motivating, and accountable team culture.
Collection Manager Requirements:

5+ years of management experience in collections or loan servicing, preferably in a consumer lending (B2C)environment.

A player/coach mentality — comfortable both leading and rolling up your sleeves.

Strong understanding of collections laws, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Must be on-site full-time in Oakbrook, IL.
This position pays between $90,000-100,000 base salary with eligibility for bonus.
