LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing distribution company seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This corporation brings over 60 years of industry expertise and are expanding their footprint globally.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be an essential part of the talent team and will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organization. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that supports business goals.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for hourly, salaried, and professional roles, including sales and operations positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through a variety of channels.
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and professional process.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
- Maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure recruitment strategies align with company culture and DE&I initiatives.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally across both hourly and salaried positions.

Proven success recruiting for sales, logistics, or distribution roles strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
The salary range for this position is $75,000-85,000 annually and offers full benefits.
