LaSalle Network is looking for a Procurement Support Specialist, Coupa required. This role supports a digital purchasing flow for indirect goods and services, ensuring users can buy what they need quickly, compliantly, and at the best value.
Responsibilities:

Generate reports and insights from Coupa (self-assessments, quarterly reports, invoices, pricing)

Manage administrative tasks: buyer actions, tolerance holds, item setup, contract research

Provide support to end users and the Indirect CoE team

Collaborate with sourcing partners to maintain accurate data and performance metrics
Requirements:
-
1+ year professional experience; Coupa or similar system preferred

Degree in supply chain, business, finance, or related field
-
Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills

Excellent communication, organization, and analytical ability

Flexible and motivated, with a collaborative mindset

Hybrid schedule: office presence required Tuesday and Wednesday
