Associate Brand Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing the annual brand marketing plan and go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis, and interpret sales data, market share, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Act as the brand steward, collaborating with creative agencies to develop and ensure consistency across all marketing assets and channels.
- Create high-impact sales enablement tools and presentations to support the commercial team (Sales, Dealers, etc.).
- Support the Brand Manager in managing the product portfolio, including packaging updates and product line rationalization
Associate Brand Manager Requirements:
- MBA preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a similar analytical marketing role.
- Demonstrated analytical proficiency, with the ability to interpret data, spreadsheets, and reporting to inform business decisions.
- Exceptional project management skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional partners (e.g., Sales, R&D, Finance).
- Familiarity with the dynamics of multi-channel distribution (e.g., retail, dealer network) is a plus.
