Client Finance Operations Manager Responsibilities:

Partner with client account leads to manage budgets, forecasts, billing, and financial reporting.

Oversee end-to-end client financial operations, including contract compliance, scope management, and profitability tracking.

Prepare and analyze monthly revenue reports, project margins, and client P&Ls.

Streamline financial processes and implement best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with internal teams (account management, project management, production) to ensure financial transparency and accountability.

Support leadership in decision-making with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Client Finance Operations Manager Requirements:

5+ years of finance or operations experience, preferably within advertising, marketing, or professional services.

Strong knowledge of client billing, revenue recognition, and project-based accounting.

Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (experience with [insert system: SAP, Workday, NetSuite, Advantage, etc.] is a plus).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across teams and influence non-finance stakeholders.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Compensation is based on an hourly rate of $45-60/hour, depending on experience, skill set, and contract terms.
