LaSalle Network is hiring an Inventory Planning Manager for a leading textile company in the northern suburbs of Chicago. This is a dynamic role that bridges creativity and analytics, ensuring the right products reach customers at the right time, in the right quantities. Inventory Planning Manager Responsibilities:

Drive demand planning and forecast accuracy to support inventory management

Manage replenishment and production order placement with factories

Oversee logistics and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery

Create and maintain weekly inventory and trend reports
-
Track and report forecast accuracy, trend analysis, and line planning statistics

Partner with sales and clients to improve forecast reliability
-
Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through commercialization

Ensure product accuracy across digital platforms, including website updates
Inventory Planning Manager Requirements:

5+ years of experience in the demand, supply, or inventory planning

Experience in retail or apparel a plus
-
Bachelor’s degree in planning, business management, or related field strongly preferred
