This is not a technology-heavy position, our client is looking for an Accounting or Finance professional who can bring expertise, structure, and leadership to software implementations. Candidates must be local to the Chicago area and able to work onsite in Elmhurst two days per week.
Manager of Financial Implementations Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team, supporting both daily operations and long-term career growth
- Develop and execute a multi-year implementation strategy, including staffing and process improvements
- Create scalable processes that enhance customer onboarding, training, and satisfaction
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and influence product enhancements
- Provide regular updates to the CEO and senior leadership on progress, challenges, and resource needs
Manager of Financial Implementations Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services within a technology-driven company
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing people and processes
- Background in Accounting or Finance; experience with ERP, financial systems, or HR/payroll software implementations preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology

The salary range for this role is $135,000-$150,000 annually. A comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
