SuccessFactors Project Manager
LaSalle Network has partnered with a major CPG company seeking a SuccessFactors Project Manager to support a high-impact HR technology transformation. This role will assist in the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central, helping transition HR data ownership from IT to HR and improve data quality, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the lead Program Manager with documentation, tracking, and coordination across workstreams
- Help shift project methodology from agile to waterfall, focusing on deliverables and metric tracking
- Manage administrative PM tasks using Smartsheet, MS Project, and RAID logs
- Track progress of data migration and replication between HCM and EC, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and momentum
- Translate project data into actionable insights and support meeting facilitation
Qualifications:
- 5 years of project coordination or project management experience in complex software implementations.
- SuccessFactors implementation experience highly preferred, HRIS exposure is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and project tracking tools
- Experience with HRIS implementations or IT systems preferred
