LaSalle Network is hiring a Sales Account Manager in New Berlin, WI, to drive growth across the Greater Milwaukee area. In this role, you’ll manage key accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:

Own a portfolio of existing customers, providing solutions tailored to their needs

Identify and pursue new customer opportunities through prospecting and networking

Create and deliver sales presentations that resonate with chefs and operators

Consistently hit or exceed sales targets while adapting to customer and market feedback

Collaborate across operations, logistics, and finance to deliver seamless service

Stay ahead of competitor activity and industry trends to maximize revenue potential
Sales Account Manager Requirements:

4+ years of experience in sales, ideally in the food service or protein industry

Proven track record of acquiring new business and growing client accounts

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Self-starter with resilience, energy, and strong time management

Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
