Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and associated applications

Provide technical assistance via phone, remote access, and on-site support
-
Troubleshoot and resolve usability and connectivity issues, including remote access and Wi-Fi problems
-
Test and validate new hardware/software for compatibility with existing systems
-
Maintain and update work in a ticket-based tracking system
-
Create and maintain desktop and laptop standards through testing and certification processes
-
Install, move, or remove IT equipment as part of user relocations
-
Escalate and coordinate issues with internal teams or external vendors as needed
-
Deliver user training on system access, software, and hardware usage
-
Develop internal documentation and end-user training materials
-
Provide networking support for both office and warehouse environments

Ensure compliance with corporate standards, departmental procedures, and audit requirements
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience

3–5 years of experience in desktop engineering or corporate IT support

Proficiency with:

Microsoft O365

Windows 10

Fortinet VPN

IP Networking
-
Antivirus/Malware solutions

PC imaging software

Ticketing systems

Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms

ITIL Foundations certification preferred

Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
