Contract Recruiter

LaSalle Network is partnering with a national leader in the automotive repair and services industry to hire a Contract Recruiter who will help build and maintain a leadership talent pipeline. In this project-based role, you’ll engage with potential leaders, strengthen relationships, and ensure our candidate pool is ready for an anticipated wave of leadership hiring this year. Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand upcoming leadership hiring needs

• Organize and manage pipeline tracking in Excel (no CRM in place)

• Identify and engage leadership talent from leads, prospects, and competitor research

• Make outreach calls to gauge interest and strengthen relationships

• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them engaged

• Keep precise, up-to-date notes on all candidate interactions

• Support strategic hiring efforts following a recent acquisition that expanded operations

• Collaborate closely with Veronica on project priorities and progress updates

Contract Recruiter Requirements:

• Strong phone presence with leadership-level candidates

• Skilled at organizing and tracking prospects without a formal CRM

• Ability to source candidates creatively is a plus

• Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation

• Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (1 day onsite weekly)

• Previous recruiting experience required; leadership hiring a plus

• Self-starter who thrives in project-based, fast-moving environments
