Endpoint Engineer Responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of Windows client productivity services, including SLAs, KPIs, and roadmap planning
- Design, deploy, and optimize endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune
- Lead strategic planning for endpoint configuration, hardware/software decisions, and long-term scalability
- Resolve complex incidents and proactively improve stability through automation and root cause analysis
- Collaborate across ITSM, InfoSec, Network, and Infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation and knowledge bases
- Train IT staff and end users on best practices, troubleshooting, and new tools
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements that boost performance and user satisfaction
Endpoint Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 15+ years in IT infrastructure with strong experience managing Microsoft Intune environments
- Deep knowledge of Windows OS, endpoint security, and enterprise compliance standards
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell)
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills; experience mentoring others is a bonus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Admin, Enterprise Admin Expert) strongly preferred
- Experience in a large, global organization with an understanding of diverse regulatory environments
